You might be wondering...

How long do the tasks take?

Each task takes between 5 and 30 minutes. You'll notice that some tasks say "analyze," "find," or "determine," which means you'll use that first five minutes to do the "analyzing" or "finding," but will want to come back at another time to complete the suggested action, which might take up to 30 minutes.

Do I have to do a task every day?

This is totally up to you! Some activities you can come back to again and again, like decluttering individual slides or removing acronyms. You can repeat these tasks in the same presentation as many times as necessary, or apply the task in a different presentation. This means you really have way more than 30 days worth of tasks!

Do one a week if that's all you have time for, or focus on just one category for a week, then switch categories the following week. The challenge is customizable to what you need.
 

What if I only have five minutes each day? (Yeah, I'm THAT busy! 🤣)

I've specifically labeled some tasks with a "5" so you can easily find them. And as I mentioned above, you can take those same five-minute tasks and apply them in different places in the same presentation, or apply them in a different presentation. You could probably JUST do five-minute tasks, although I don't recommend that!

Some of the tasks will take longer and you shouldn't skip everything that's longer than five minutes. Do them when you have the time.

Do I need any additional resources or tools to complete the tasks?

Some tasks involve replacing a slide image or doing some design work, so I've included my Little Black Book for free, with links to the resources I use for my presentations.

What if I don't find the product useful or relevant for my presentations?
